My experience with different churches (A work in progress)

My entrance and exit from the structure built by people to worship their gods in a building called church.

In my youth I was the only one in my family that Loved the Church and I loved to go to Church.
I became a man and my family that hated the Church found help from the Church leader Andrew Gysi who helped to cover up the lies of those in my family who hated me and the Church.
Any wonder that what happened would lead me to find a personal ...relationship with GOD casting away the evil 'of and in' the Church?

As children my sister and I were invited to the Sunday School classes at the local church, the invite came from many friends and teachers in the community. I remember doing this upon the example set by my paternal Grandmother and the man I recognize as my Grandfather. I also recall having to encourage my mother to allow us to go.

The church in the local community was a shared house of worship, two denominations (the U.C.C. and Lutheran) alternated their worship schedules. I enjoyed going to the Sunday school classes and on occasion I would attend a church service. I chose to worship with the Lutheran congregation for personal reasons and would often stay after Sunday School to enjoy the Adult services. Eventually I would join the choir as I enjoyed singing very much. My love for music afforded me the opportunity to play guitar for the congregation this song I would perform for church was also one I would perform at school for show and tell. There is a story about what happened on that particular day and how that event had changed my life.

During my youth I bought into the concept that all humans were sinners and needed salvation, on many occasions I said the sinners prayer to acquire a right standing in front of GOD. I remember neighbors and friends inviting us to their churches and the theme being to obtain salvation and know that you are saved through the blood of Jesus and the sacrificial gift for no greater love is there than to lay down your life for another and this is what Jesus has done for every soul of our world. Later on in my life the lie would be exposed the explanation to follow in this document.

While I can remember going to my neighbors church, I don't recall the events of that particular day as clearly as when I went to the local Baptist church with friends from the other side of town. I remember that day well because after receiving the gift of salvation we were encouraged to offer something back to GOD for what we had received. Having no money and the request was not about money but more a conviction or promise that we could make to present an outward change for the gift we received and the gift we could give. My gift to GOD was that I would not use profanity in public.

My sister stopped going to church.
My mother would only go to church on special occasions.
My father took communion every sunday at the local club. If I wanted to find dad, I knew where to look.

The U.C.C. church and the Lutheran church divided the Lutherans built a house of worship that they would call their own. I remember the pledges for contributions in order to make this move. Shortly after the church split, I stopped attending as demands for my time made such attendance impractical.

Suddenly I had a renewed interest in going to church, it had everything to do with when I was a Boy Scout.

A Boy Scout is Reverent and in scouting I learned a little about Native American culture, customs and religious beliefs, my paternal Grandmother had an interest in Native American culture. One of the fund raisers was a hoagie sale, It was suggested that some of us boys try selling door to door in town, so I went where I was designated to try and found that knocking on one particular door I would be the answer to a prayer.

Not necessarily, as I understand evolution and abiogenesis our Galaxy that gives life to our solar system is created from a big bang, this does not have to include the whole of the Universe having an origin from a singular event. With as much time and space as we have to discover it would be premature to come to such a conclusion about such a vast expanse.

Asha is quite right about the topic and the dialogue.
Sinistro and Asha made good points about cultural beliefs, these beliefs do get passed down from one generation to the next, it is hard to break away from the beliefs of your forefathers.

As for the hatred of Muslims, that had no place in this discussion other than a comment, but certainly has nothing to do with the evolution of life other than the phobia created by those who are not enlightened.

The real question becomes will you be allowed to think or do you have to believe as you are taught which is the definition of brainwashing!

Don't think, just believe what I tell you to believe, and give me all of your capital, your possessions, what your grandparents and their parents possessed, all will go to our organization so that we can decide who should get it, certainly not you the bloodline of those before you. -- Sound about correct? The Universe is a big place, why does it have to have a beginning? The question is not unanswerable, many people choose to refuse to contemplate the obvious answer. It did not have to begin, it always was and always will be. For some they pretend that is not an answer. Please explain.

In Genesis at the fall of man and people are condemned which is a huge Biblical lie, for GOD does love those of us pure in spirit and holy who follow in honest submission in a child like obedience to truth and justice for all.

The leaders of Organized religion would have the world believe lies instead of searching for the truth about each one of us and not just the men. Both men and women have suffered at the hands of the leaders of organized religion, for emotional abuse is just as physically damaging as physical abuse.

Women should recognize the first problem with the Bible is the curse placed upon women for a punishment that two people were guilty of not just one isolated person. For the apple was eaten by both as both were present eating of forbidden fruit. The lying snake makes each partner guilty if they each bite from the poisoned fruit. By participating in the lie both are guilty while an innocent victim refuses to go along with the status quo. The book of Genesis outlines some of the ways that people are manipulated into being liars or victims of evil.

The Bible makes GOD both good and evil. The GOD of the Bible is pure and holy and yet filled with wrath. This means that the worship of Evil, the Devil or Satan otherwise called Lucifer is also an alter ego for the GOD that is pure and holy, to raise up the Devil to plague the Earth all you need to do is be convinced that the GOD of the Bible is only pure and holy. The antithesis of good is evil and the GOD of the Bible is clearly both in contradiction to what is normally taught and well covered up for thousands of years.

To follow the book, (the Bible) through until the end in the book of Revelations you will learn about much destruction upon the Earth because of religious teachings.

I'm putting together a list of links that provide interesting information about the life cycle of a star including our sun.

I remember being told that our Sun is a fourth generation star, I'm still trying to figure that comment out as the information that I'm reading leads me to believe that the life cycle of a Star could be once and done.

In theory if the Sun is the result of a much larger star that split several times we could be in some sort of a division through a few generations of energy and gas expanding from a much larger source, as in levels of life, the result would still be in my way of thinking that the universe still did not have an origin of one single point in time, the universe could have always existed with larger stars that have broken down, as in forming and informed galaxies. But that takes me away from the purpose of these links I have provided here.

In other words,as critical thinker I do understand one must maintain an air of skepticism but there will always be that skeptic that denounces everything if ya know what I mean.

What is the direction I am going with this? There are some that will insist on allowing skepticism itself to carry them to this polarization of a "us and them" mentality while spouting off anti-religious attitudes.

In other words,there are those times that we seek that which is not always deemed rational and as an example,love is not rational--but as my profiles reads,one desires it,wants it,needs it just the same.

Let look at the laws of nature...this is something one can not explain but one may still yet simply say, 'it just is' while another would surrender to the possibility of something beyond us--transcendence.

And just as the earth humbles herself(choice of pronoun usage) to the laws of nature,I am someone that humbles myself to what I believe to be all that which is beyond us.

And imo,the one that is never free is simply the one riding the fence,spouting off with verbal acuity instead of mental acuity while refusing to at least from time to time,to entertain thoughts of the "possibility" ya know what I mean.

I saw the movie Avatar what a great movie, I so align with the character Jake, and the on and off friendship with Neytiri was very reminiscent and synchronized with my life.

I found the plot line very interesting.

The battle for resources, and the lack of concern for life on the Planet.

which she told you in an email, it is too close for comfort and I
take it as a threat and a shamfull way to manipulate your posts
so some know who you refer to and others won't. Purcurosity told
me in phone conversation you emailed that you thought useing
initials of our actual names was ok since I had used yours a "G".
Well hey, you explative head, your handle is GARY!!! DUH!!! If you
go as far as to reveal pure's, mine , or anyone elses name I will
make it my mission to have you removed, and any other profiles I
find you've created as long as I am a member here. After almost 3
years I believe I classify as a senior member regardless of # of

If you complain to administration about this post I'm sure they

Let me tell ya...Senior english grammer and composition class,the teacher was
the head of the engish department of Toledo Public Schools,the class was acting up,
worstening as semester progressed,finally it was so disruptive that she absolutely
blew her stack,lectured the class for the entire hour how this had been the most
disrespect she had ever experienced,so severe was the tongue lashing that you would
have had to have been there to understand the intensity of her anger,10 minutes
before the bell rang she anounced she could no longer give us the best of her
knowledge,had lost all desire to teach,and would effectively retire end of year
because of US.US being the rablerousers.Those responsible knew who they were and
those who didn't speak out against it knew who they were.the class was 60% Black
and 40% White or other,only the Blacks were the rablerousers.I was a shy kid and
felt so low cause I could have stood up and said shut up, but you know I would have
gotten my a** kicked maybe right then and there,for sure after school. The last
10 minutes of silence as she sat at her desk staring at us was deafening and
seared into my mind.She had become insensed with the rising moral decay of students.
This is an absolutely true story,I was in the front row center and felt it full
impact.If you have any doubt the impact proper english can have good or bad then
just piss off an english teacher whose been teaching for 50 years.I dare ya.

It is unconscionable to think that a person would lie to another person, unfortunately this happens all to often, sometimes a lie is just the way that a story gets told. Let's say that three men go to a motel to rent a room for a weekend and the motel only has one room with two beds, but the motel manager also has cots that he can rent, for just such emergencies. The room rents for $23.00 per night and the cot is rented for $7.00 per night. The three men divide the cost up between themselves and give the manager $10.00 each. The manager going over his figures for the day realizes that he overcharged the men $5.00 for the rental of the cot which should have been rented for $2.00 per night not $7.00 per night. The motel manager calls the bellhop over and entrusts the bellhop to return the overcharge to the three men. The bellhop understanding his duties realizes that; $5.00 cannot be divided evenly among three people, in order to avoid a conflict for which he has no change, pockets $2.00. Now knowing that we all use the same reasoning to follow a set series of thoughts using the same rules maybe you can explain this small detail. Since the men received $1.00 back and there are three of them that meant each combined paid $27.00 and the bell hop kept $2.00, what happened to the final $1.00?

The above paragraph describes ways in which the human mind can be manipulated and convinced that an error is actually truth. The reality is that the given scenario is fallacious in reality the error actually exists from the person telling and controlling the story.

It is never correct to twist an event or lie to any one, but if a person is suspected of doing something they certainly need to be given the opportunity to have the real truth revealed. It is wrong to lie to a suspect, that is deviant behavior and "if you can justify deviant behavior then you are a danger to yourself and others" Robert Sharpe Jr. Esq. A greater crime is created when a person lies in court. That is called perjury and what is really wrong is when a prosecutor would lie to a suspect or about a suspect and then go into court and tell that lie in court in front of a judge or a judge and jury and a person would be convicted upon the prosecutor's lie. This causes major problems for society, if you job requires you to lie, then you need a different job.

Understanding how to twist or untwist the problems of society is to understand how we think and what we beliefs in. Just recently 2-1-04 I heard on the news that 243 people were killed in Saudi Arabia while making a pilgrimage to celebrate the stoning of the Devil. What I draw issue with is that we are all told about this terrible evil that has control of our lives and we fail to see that we ourselves cause some of the most horrific trauma to others. The worst part is that we could cast of f the very evil actions as the will of GOD. I don't think that a war based upon a lie about the existence of weapons that never existed is a good cause for war where over 530 men and woman have been killed and more are going to die before this conflict is resolved. That is just evil for the twisting that they see occur in our own lives , and theology. This takes me back to the Saudi Arabic lives that were lost as a curse from GOD. This was more a curse by people that didn't have a mass movement properly orchestrated for the safety of all. The organizers are just as at fault as the bullies that show complete disregard for the sanctity of the life of others.

The fact is that we are all at fault for the terrible events that occur 'in and around' our world for the lies that are promoted and believed. The victims of these lies are not the ones that should be suffering; they are the ones with a great reward in Heaven. If you know that I am the victim of a lie it is your duty to untie the lie and assist in every way possible to correct the misrepresentation that has occurred. Or is it your theology that is flawed? In casting out the devil you could be part of an unruly mob. You might find yourself as an uncaring participant rushing to throw your stone not being aware of those that you are hurting. Or you have your eyes focused on the possible return of Jesus from the clouds. In this miraculous return we are told that all of the faithful will be removed by the Rapture. We are told of the evil that rules this planet, and that the good will be removed. Then we are told that Jesus will rule the evils of those that are left for a thousand years of peace.

There are obvious flaws in both scenarios:
1.) In the first those casting out the Devil have a callous disregard for others that get in their way.
2.) In the second we have the good being removed where we are told there are no good people. Those that become good washed by the blood of sacrifice actually move into the camp of those casting out the Devil becoming complacent in their actions failing to help others.

The task become overwhelming.
Nobody is helped through complacency.
Lying and stealing is wrong and Perjury is a crime!

What happened to the missing dollar? The dollar was never missing. The charge for the overnights stay is $25.00. The three men were returned $3.00 of the $5.00 overcharge, and they were ripped off by the bellhop for $2.00. There is a crime of theft, but not a single dollar is missing. It is the act of not following the story properly. You become confused, easily misled, and then you become convinced about what is not real. It takes careful reasoning to know what is real and what is not real.

There was nothing in the forum rules to restrict links from this site to or from off site information. We can link in site and to other sites and from other sites. That is what makes the internet work; it is a web of information.

I said that at the start of all of this I read the rules and also posted the information to the Fair Use and Copyright information. Which explains how information posted in the public domain can be gathered and used legally. At the onset of using my ability to link information posts and sites to the internet, I came here and created a thread explaining what I have in mind. I explained that anyone wishing to opt out, in other words have their LINKS to their threads removed from my work that they have the right to do so and all requests would be granted. So far I believe that I have done what I have said I would do.

I was put on the defensive because what we are talking about is use of information, and prior permission and an agreement that you have agreed to with DateHookUp.com this is where we have to iron out the problem. Not only did I read all the rules for posting of which they say nothing about the use of links; in site (internally), inbound or outbound (to and from) the site. They do request the prior permission from the parties involved. The other thing is to protect all people from harm or abuse.

Every one of us is responsible to protect ourselves from this type of harm or abuse, not putting information out there that can lead to trouble down the road. That leads us to the terms of service.

This is not just a college practice it is being taught you our elementary school students because it is difficult to develop this good habit after the fact. It is much harder to teach a person who has become set in their ways to do a new trick.

Pluralism and Tolerance

Pluralism has also come to mean the efforts between different denominations and different faiths to form an overall spiritual community. This is often used by leaders of the Christian faith to promote unity between the many different doctrines of Christianity. Because many religions have a similar basic goal or belief, proponents argue, they should be able to work together.

Suggesting that all religions have truth and value causes considerable problems for religions that preach an exclusivist idea. Some religions will assert, using quotes from their relevant texts, that their way is the only way to live correctly. A few go so far as to insist that those who do not convert will be punished in an afterlife, or should not be closely associated with here on earth. Doctrines such as this are difficult to resolve, and pluralists are often forced to resort to a tolerance doctrine, as it is paradoxical to embrace both an inclusivist and exclusivist view.

Understand the distinction between the capacity to choose a particular thing and being free to make that particular choice. Now the nuance might not be understood by all, but I am confident that someone as adept as you can grasp the difference.

When you state, "No one is stopping you from exercising your free will to choose to do anything whatsoever.", surely you are not attempting to lead otheres to believe that you are at liberty to murder or rape for examples. For if the Divine has granted you liberty to engage in such heinous activities, then who would have any right to hold you responsible for the consequences?

Now although you may not have intentionally attempted to lead others to believe that they could engage in heinous acts, you did nevertheless state that "No one is stopping you from exercising your free will to choose to do anything whatsoever."

Now you are certainly wise enough to realize that I chose the examples of the heinous crimes of murder and rape to point out the fallacy in your logic used to support the ideology of the existence of freewill. No one is at liberty to engage in actions that produce harmful consequences to another human. No sound argument can be made to support such an illusory exercise of freewill.

And in most cases actions that are often attempted to be justified by the fallacious arguments of freewill and self-ownership are seen for what they really are when right reason (honest reason) is applied to the situation and the negative consequences to others are truly considered.

In this particular universe everyone has been inherently endowed with their own individual divine right of authority to exercise the use of their own free will to be able to choose what they desire to focus their attention on, without interfering with someone else's divine right to do the same. Now I think I made that pretty clear, it's simple stuff.

Do onto others as you would have them do onto you? If someone is doing something they have exercised their right to use their free will to actually do it, whatever it is. Now for example, I choose to use my free will to write you a reply and you choose to use your free will to write me back at some point, should you decide to choose to use your free will to accept this mission, it is totally up to you of course. There is no outside enforcement upon the choice of the use of the ownership of your will.

The universe, your government, your mommy and daddy, do not dictate what you personally choose to do with your own free will and volition as the creator of your own universe. The only thing that anyone owns IS their WILL.

But, of course now there is one big problem with the use of exercising your free will. There are negative forces against us which is known as psychological warfare. It has been through nefarious means and in more ways than one from indoctrinated ideological subversive tactics, done with the use of someone else's will, for the purposes of demoralization, against using your free will for positive outcomes.

For example, when you were born, your so called free will was stolen from you at that time, because you were probated and consequently orphaned by mommy and daddy upon the signing of your birth certificate, and that is why you go to the court of orphans. Your birth certificate is actually a death certificate and your free will was usurped by someone else's authority, without your knowledge of it ever taking place. Until now of course.

So the lesson is, if you don't state your will, it is obvious that someone else will gladly state it for you, correct?... which we both know has been the case.

Without taking ownership for the use of our will, we have no authority present as Gods divine creation to be able to focus our attention on our intentions, to do the creating. Your will is what gets you out of bed in the morning. Simple aye?

Now radical, why don't you go ahead and use your free will that some God force in the universe gave you and show me how you are able to use it to turn around what I just stated into a heinous act of some kind. Then, I will use my free will to show you how you are using it in a misguided and is misdirected way for manipulation purposes in order to create confusion about a very simple divine right and principle of this universe.

radical, if you knew you were getting involved in a fraudulent contract to begin with, I seriously doubt you would have used your free will to do so. If you were fraudulently induced into a contract where there was no full disclosure and no meeting of the minds, you certainly would not have done so, based upon knowing what you were getting involved in aye. You could not freely exercise your will to make an informed decision, because you were not given the facts and details to correctly do so. A heinous act brought through deception for the purposes of enslavement so we could not use our free will correctly.

Jewelz where Freewill is discussed in the context of religion, which is what this forum is about, the doctrine deals with moral and immoral choices and is limited to whether we are free and at liberty to choose to do Gods will (the always moral position) or to choose our will (the oftentimes immoral) as an alternative.

This has nothing to do with whether we have the capacity to choose whether we will eat either vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry icecream for example, for there is nothing inherently evil about either flavor. The theological doctrine of Freewill examines whether mankind is free to choose good or evil. To compare every life choice such as what flavor icecream one will eat with choices that inevitably deal with moral issues of right and wrong, is to fail to make the distinction between choices in which the theological doctrine of Freewill is in fact present and choices where the doctrine of Freewill is not even an issue. This problem has occurred because too many people confuse our human ability to choose with the doctrine of Freewill as it was historically understood among those that developed the doctrine. A close read of your above post reveals you have not yet grasped the nuance concerning Freewill that I have attempted to convey.

Freewill presupposes that one's Will is at liberty or free. Complete liberty of the will would preclude the righteous imposition of any judgment by our Creator. If the Creator in fact granted us liberty to engage in every sort of immoral activity then our defense in the day of judgment would be that he granted us liberty to engage in those acts.

But fortunately our conscience and the developed reason that we have aquired guides us toward the moral path. We may often stray down the immoral path, but we are not at liberty to do so. We do so at our own peril. And it is that peril, that ultimate consequence of following the wrong path, that becomes the price we pay for the exercise of our Will toward the immoral. This consequential price that we pay for the immoral exercise of our Will is proof that a particular path or choice not Free. Yet when we follow the moral path the exercise of our Will is accomplished without price.

Therefore the path of true FreeWill is the path of no price, the path of liberty, the path of complete Freedom, including the free exercise of one's will.

The Creator has set two paths before us. One is completely free. The other is a tollroad with many collection booths and the travel down that road is anything but free.

We have been called to surrender our will to the Divine will of the Creator. That call alone is proof that our Will is not at liberty. Do you sense the call?

There are many who profess allegiance to different Neo-Pagan faiths. The Polytheistic faiths are not often found to be Monotheistic yet there is a slight possibility that one might emerge, and most do not consider Jesus Christ Lord and Savior.

The Worship of GOD can be either Patriarchal or Matriarchal one might not believe that GOD has a gender at all. Some may hail the GOD, God/Goddess. Their numbers are many, though the God/Goddess might not be the same as the God/Goddess of another individual. But whichever God/Goddess we hail— almost all Neo Pagans do not consider Jesus Christ Lord and Savior, what can be shared is this, if Jesus existed then the light of Christ was in him as a child of GOD. We are all children of a GOD. From beginning to end.

This letter is sent to you to expose corruption in our own country, this letter is a complaint of abuse and a request for help to bring, light (exposure) and an ending to the corruption that exists all around the world including our own backyard. We need to expose corruption where and when we find it so that we can bring that corruption under control.

We worry about human rights of individuals in other nations, we expect leadership in other nations to step up and be more transparent and here we have a clear case of abuse of the powers involved to interfere with and prevent the truth from being known or shared. My problem is the result of an injustice where doing my job according to the laws of the Federal Government and the State or Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You will find that I was the witness to an accident and violated by the officers of the court having my United States Constitutional Rights violated through the whole process, including and not limited to the United States Postal Service interfering with the process. A letter sent certified mail (on July 20th 2009) to the United States Federal Court in Philadelphia was not delivered by the USPS. The letter went missing as though it got lost, there may have been a problem with the way the letter was addressed using the return address of correspondence from the Federal Court, I don’t understand what the problem was, but the letter was not delivered or returned not able to be delivered. The information in that letter could have been of great importance to the Judge handling or presiding over the process. Then of a series of six letters sent certified mail on September 29, 2009 requesting help and an investigation into the first missing letter resulted in only four of the certified letters being delivered and the two letters being sent to that particular Federal Court were not delivered again. This time I used the internet as a means to watch over and record the progress of the letters and when I knew there was no doubt a problem with the mail not being delivered I promptly started an investigation as to why my mail was not being handled properly. The investigation has caused me even more frustration I believe that a

I think there are other motivations at work by a corrupt group of individuals and this needs to be brought to your attention and something needs to be done to make sure there are proper reparations and that it doesn’t happen to any other citizen of our great nation! We want to promote dialogue and peaceful resolutions that is the change we seek for hope to flourish and prosperity for one and all who abide by the law.

I am frustrated that there has been no progress in getting satisfaction from the USPS or the Court about the matters at hand. I hate to ask for help in resolving this problem but I feel very strongly that the only way to break through this glass ceiling or to tear down this stone wall, is if the power from above comes down and makes the necessary adjustments to bring an end to this incredible injustice. You can see that I am a hard worker keeping track and having my information well organized. This is a case of corruption through and through from beginning to end and I would like to see some action against those who have flagrantly violated the United States Constitution and Egregiously violated both Federal and State Laws by filing false reports committing perjury or malpractice both of law and of medicine.

Not if the article was deleted, sorry I've spent some time looking and trying to retrieve what I wrote and to see if any changes or comments were made about my work. This although original certainly is old science just put into a new light.

I do believe that the article that I wrote was an encyclopedia article, the one that you deleted. It reffered to my works and therefore, establishes the proper crossover between the two ideas that have yet to be joined. The bridge between the function of Religion and the Physical Sciences the allow us to understand our world and universe. Most scientists discount the idea of something greater outside of nothing, while most people have an inate sense that there is more to life than just live up to 100 years and die. Some people see the Earth as a living Spirit, and maybe even the Universe is also. For all we know? That could be reality. Hi! Wikipedia isn't really the place for personal essays ("my works") or new ideas ("that have yet to be joined"); they explicitly qualify as Original Research. Perhaps you should consider creating a website for this? When it reaches national or international attention, has a few books written about it, or appears in significant magazines or journals, it goes in Wikipedia; that's the measure of whether it's an encyclopedic article or not, and this is not. IF RELIGION DOESN'T EVOLVE???

How would you fix the problems in our world? Shall we allow things to progress as they have for the past several thousands of years? We keep repeating the same cycles, bigotry and bias, have caused some to feel they are above others or more blessed. First consider the hypothesis, an infinite universe could never be created. All matter and energy that exists is also infinite, and is in constant flux. The universe is GOD, or the fabric of the universe, the 'ether' is GOD. All matter is composed of GOD and that puts GOD in everything. GOD is the dust of the universe as well as the universe it self. GOD is in ALL living.

Or for those that would rather believe that there is no god. Then for them GOD does not exist.

Do you need a Church building to worship GOD? What of all of the money spent on Church buildings could that money help the poor? Could the poor use large buildings for shelter? Could the Churches be put to a better use? The new Church would become the Earth, and as you have your being on this planet you would be responsible for your own actions. You should want to please GOD, or yourself. You become accountable to you and society. An innocent man should never be found guilty because of perjury, or false reports. One of my projects that has been keeping me busy has been the creation, printing and mailing of this letter to seven different individuals or couples. Now after having mailed a certified letter to the Federal Court and having that mail mysteriously disappear, I have been put in the awkward position of having to figure out what happened to that letter. The consequences of that lost letter could with reason coincide with the dismissal of my Court Case.

So I just mailed out six letters and I paid to have them certified electronic return receipt requested.

This post will be the post to track the progress of the six letters.

To make this interesting, I created this game, I posted the letters that I sent and I have provided all the details surrounding those letters, a bit of a mystery has been created here and if you follow along the puzzle will soon be revealed. The answers to your questions will be revealed when I post the replies if I get any. It is then that I will provide the original letters that I mailed to each participant.

Update 9-30-2009: one out of six delivered.

Update 10-1-2009: No change in letter status.

Update 10-2-2009: No change in letter status.

Update 10-3-2009: No change in letter status.

*Am I patient or what?* - The next update will come 10-5 after work.

Update 10-5: around 3:30 PM The status of letters #1,2, and 3 have changed.

Update 10-6: This morning around 9:30 AM I took a trip to the local post office where I mailed the certified letters from, just to make sure that the proper procedures are being followed, there is a great concern about the two letters that have not had any status change.

2:20 - 2:45 PM New Status change on letters #1,2,and 3 they are now delivered. :)
Around 3:00 I placed a 14 minute Phone call to the USPS toll free number to follow up on the other two letters - the result is??? I have a Case # looking into the practices of the Post office and letters sent to this particular destination. How do you fix a broken system and a problem in our government?

Update 10-10: at 11:11 A.M. No change in the status of the last two letters that I'm waiting to be delivered, like the other letter sent on July 20th it appears that these two letters have gone M.I.A.??? I think it it time to make another phone call to follow up on the status of my missing certified letters.

11:20 A.M. I phoned to follow up on the status of my letters the Postal Service is looking into the problem is still under review, it seems the system has received a black eye, not just one letter but a total of three have gone missing.

Update 10-15-2009: A Response to my recent inquiry! I don't think this is an acceptable response to a missing certified letter, it would be fine for first class mail but this is three registered documents all sent to the same address that have gone missing, one I raise my eyebrow at the two following letters? Now I'm certain something is way wrong in the system! Something has to be done to make this right! I know there will be a meeting with a judge or judges about this!

10-19-2009: An attempt to contact the Federal Court

I was put through to a voice mail box of the clerk that handles my case file, and after giving some back ground information I realized that I forgot to give my phone number where I could be contacted.

10-20-2009: I called the Federal Court again and need to hand deliver copies of my communications

During the phone conversation; I explained all that had happened with the missing mail and we talked about my forgetting to mention a phone number from which I could be reached. We discussed the courts schedule of operations, and I was told that I could hand deliver the letters and place them into the appropriate box on the counter at the court house. Quickly I printed off copies of the letters and drove them to be hand delivered to the court house. This is going to be a quick short trip. Or so I hope... When I had delivered the letters and returned to my vehicle in the parking garage I once again called the Supervisor of my local USPS and left a voice message noting that I had personally delivered the letters by hand, I did this around 4:20 PM.

10-24-2009At 10:24 AM Again I left another voice mail for my local USPS supervisor who was to contact me either Monday or Tuesday earlier in this week. I am trying to follow up on my missing mail... The goal is to be certain that other people having difficulties like I have been through don't have to suffer like I did and do...

10-27-2009 In the early afternoon, I drove to the local branch of the United States Postal Service and spoke again with the supervisor to see what had been learned about my missing certified letters. After a short conversation and the receipt of 91 addresses to the address that I was sending my mail to and questioning why my mail was not returned to me if it could not be delivered, I left with more unanswered questions than questions answered. I was also asked to call the USPS customer service center and also to contact the office of consumer affairs. When I got home I called the customer care center and was disconnected in my first phone call, in the second the woman practically demanded that the Postal Service had the right to lose my Certified mail because I didn't send my mail registered. At which point I promptly called the office of Consumer Affairs. After again explaining to another person about my missing letters I was told that I would be called the next day once they looked into my complaint. (Edit: 10-29 ) We are dealing with three lost letters... They (USPS) are saying that even though I did mail them certified there is no guarantee that they will deliver the mail, and they can't say what happened to the letters if they didn't get delivered, as the letters were not returned to the sender.

10-29-2009 Around 4:00 PM I called the USPS department of Consumer Affairs and waited for my call to be taken, once someone answered the phone they took my name and phone number and told me that my contact person was busy on the phone that I would be called back. This took a total of about 13 minutes. I never got called back??? I suppose I will have to call again tomorrow during work at some point.

10-30-2009 Around 4:00 PM once again I called the USPS Office of Consumer Affairs and I waited on hold for over an hour, no one had picked up my call.

11-3-2009 Around 10:45 AM I had the opportunity to call the USPS office of consumer affairs, while waiting to get loaded. I spoke with a person who would take my name and number and assure me that the person to whom I needed to contact would return my call that day.

Around 4:30 PM not receiving a call back and knowing the office closed at 5:00 PM I took the initiative to once again try to call the USPS office of consumer affairs. After about 15 minutes my phone was disconnected I called back and no one answered my incoming call.

11-05-2009 At 11:11 I called the office of USPS Consumer Affairs once again... They tell me that my complaint is going to be forwarded to the person who is handling my case... Waiting again...

11-12-2009I just noticed in my mail this morning (4:50 AM) that I have correspondence from the USPS I will share that information once I redact information not to be shared later tonight...

(Body)This letter is sent to you to expose corruption in our own country, this letter is a complaint of abuse and a request to help bring to light and to an end the corruption that exists all around the world including in our own backyard. We need to expose corruption where and when we find it so that we can bring that corruption under control.

We worry about human rights of individuals in other nations, we expect leadership in other nations to step up and be more transparent and here we have a clear case of abuse of the powers involved to interfere with and prevent the truth from being known or shared.

On Monday 10-19-2009 around 11:40 AM I called the Federal Court house and was directed to a Voice Mail account of the clerk that would be responsible for handling my case.

On Tuesday 10-20-2009 I called the Court again around 11:30 AM and I was able to explain that the United States Postal Service (USPS) had lost correspondence that I was trying to mail to the Judge back on July 20, 2009 and also two letters that I had sent to the Judge and the Clerk of Court on September 29, 2009. I asked about if the Court had a recess in the summer or if the hours of operation continued all year round. In our conversation I was invited to bring copies of my letters to the Court house to be put in an appropriate box according to my case number on the counter in the Office of the Clerk.

I printed off the copies of the letters that I wished to share with the Court, all three letters. Then I prepared myself for a trip to the Philadelphia, Federal Court House.

A few hours later around 4:00 PM I had delivered my mail and promptly called the supervisor of the local branch of my Post Office that I had contacted to let him know that I had hand delivered my letters.

I paid for my space in the parking garage and almost forgot to get a receipt.

On Thursday 10-29-2009 I made a phone call to the Federal Court around 4:20 PM and spoke with the Clerk handling my case again. I question what the status of the letters was and to make sure that both the amendment and the motion for a hearing were both clearly identified. The phone call took about 10minutes. I did not ask any details on my correspondence with respect to the order to dismiss my case, and in deed that letter contained the time line to validate that my filing was with in the statute of limitations the reason or issue that the Judge was ready and willing to dismiss my case with prejudice and order closed.

Now, I am back to waiting for more information maybe a decision that once again we can proceed.
