     The reason that I suspected Flo to be a scam was the fact that images didn't match I was clearly looking at two completely different people.

• The Scam:
  
  The scam worked like this, she/he/it didn't have a webcam for her computer, she/he/it also had no telephone to make phone calls a means to make real contact with other people, this also meant that the individual could not be found in a directory lookup. So as we were conversing, it came up over and over again about using my webcam and how this person didn't have one, next thing you know they are asking to get a really nice computer so that they can also share in the webcam experience. This scam if someone falls for it will cost you hundreds of dollars, or more depending on a multitude of issues.

Shortly after getting scammed by my first online encounter with the evil of the internet, this person tried to scam me as well, she needed $3,000 to pay off her fines so she could collect a $150,000 inheritance, before we could actually meet for a to get to know one another better.

Who is Jenny Williams?

Jenny Williams is supposed to be a woman who once lived in Chambersburg Pennsylvania, her mother moved up from Florida after her father and brothers were killed in a car accident or so her story goes...
Jenny was involved in Interior Decorating and was entered into a competition in China for Interior design, Chengdu China where she met her friend David Powell.
I believe David Powell to be the real Jenny Williams or maybe there is a group of people all working together to rip off unsuspecting singles seeking to find a partner on a dating site.
They used Western Union and money was sent to David Powell of 7 JinxianXiao Road, chengdu china 613001
