I recommend watcing this video, it is great and teaches you how to test your theories validity and how we form our beliefs. At the same time this video has a bias against mental telepathy, we should never scoff at things that we do not understand. I like the line in this video, "We should keep an open mind; but not so open that our brains fall out." Science and proof of Empirical Evidence do prove truths found in our Universe.
